Obligations: - Study of new projects in Kazakhstan. Development of the Work Plan for a coming year;- Development of KPI structure for a coming year;- Participation in Capex budgeting for CPC projects in Kazakhstan;- Control over Work Orders for Design development and Task Orders for Design execution;- Control over Design implementation;- Appointment of Team specialist for participation in design solutions squad check;- Participation in technical solutions settling during design development;- Participation in Design results acceptance;- Participation in selection of tender strategy to select Construction Contractor; - Participation in the technical and commercial evaluation of bids;- Control over observance of time limits of tender procedures and agreements for Construction Works in Kazakhstan execution;- Control over Construction implementation time;- Organization of Designer Supervision on construction sites. - Participation in technical solutions settling during Construction Works;- Review and approval of Requests for Changes during design development and сonstruction;- Organization of claim activities with FEED and C&IW contractors. - Organization of development of weekly and monthly reports on FEED and C&IW of CPC projects status in Kazakhstan - Analysis of data and submission of reports on Group KPI achievement on a periodical base;- Preparation of data for consolidated reports on Department activities submission to Company another departments or upon CPC Management requests.- Organization of development and preliminary review of Team employees’ personal plans for a coming year prior to submission thereof to Department Management approval. - Participation in annual appraisal of Group employees’ works.- Performance of Department Manager’s duties during his absence - Performance of assignments of CPC Management- Business trips to Republic of Kazakhstan for participation in meetings, surveys, etc.

Obligations: -Supervision of design& estimate documentation development for construction of different CPC facilities in Republic of Kazakhstan (including industrial, administrative and amenity buildings, Instrumentation & Control facilities, Automated Control Systems, Communication and Security Systems, Process facilities, and pipelines);- Organization of Work Orders for design development (coordination of Design Institutes’ specialists, Operation Department, Engineering & Project employees works);- Review and approval of Design Institutes’ commercial proposals for design & survey works;- Task Orders for design development issue (within frame agreements with Design Institutes);- Control over design & survey works, organization of and conducting meetings to take technical solutions during design development, organization of developed design documents check (coordination of Design Institutes’ specialists, Operation Department, Engineering & Project employees works); - Organization of design documents expertise, documents approval for implementation, organization of and control over Designer Supervision;- Organization of design documents changes during Construction & Installation Works;- Control over frame agreements funds expenditures, frame agreements prolongation (developments of documents for CPC tender procedures);- Participation in CPC capital expenditures budgeting for future periods;- Participation in meetings, organization of and conducting meetings (including conference calls) on different issues;- Developments of documents (including information notes, reports, memos) for Management;- Business trips to Republic of Kazakhstan for participation in meetings, survey, etc.

Obligations: - Design development of linear sections of main oil pipelines (work scope, equipment specifications development, drawings development, statements and diagrams development, etc.);- Development of design and detailed design documents sections associated with hydraulic testing of main pipelines;- Development of pipe stringing according to wall thickness, calculations of wall thickness and oil pipeline bearing capacity; development and expertise of instructions for hydraulic testing;- Expertise of documents developed by subcontractors (for linear sections of oil pipelines);- Development of generalized diagrams of hydraulic tests for the whole pipeline (expertise of branches’, outside parties’ solutions, development of solutions to optimize technical solutions, development of information notes and statements);- Maintenance of official correspondence and telephone negotiations, rendering consultative services;- Development of information notes, technical & economical comparisons, and the like documents for meetings with participation of the 1st persons of JSC Giprotruboprovod and JSC Transneft; participation in meetings (including retreats);- Participation in preparation of draft normative documents (including changes thereof), justification in JSC Transneft branches; - Business trips.

Obligations:- Design development of linear sections of main oil pipelines (work scope, equipment specifications development).
