Head of business analysis- Project management (project teams management) within the scope of functional responcibilities;- Perform a full cycle of project management within the scope of functional responcibilities;- Planning and coordination of works on projects and change requests;- Planning and distribution of tasks and specialists attracted to projects;- Control of execution, changes in risks for projects;- Formation and maintenance of project documentation (reports, mandatory formal documents);- Preparation of regular reporting on the progress of projects implementtation.- Planning and budgeting of IT costs with its regular follow-up and reporting;- Building and developing partnerships with IT service providers (counted up to 15 companies);- Work closely with local functional management (Operations, Sales&Marketing, Risks, HR, Finance, Legal, Internal control and Audit);- Scaling IT capabilities to match business demand;Projects: DWH refactoring, E-signature, Integration with Govermental Services, Mobile Application.

Job responsibilities of a software development for banking equipment:- develop a financial model- coordination of technical cooperation with counterparty- implementation of the project: * prepare project inition documents (business requirements,memos, orders, specification, schedule) * monitor and control all aspects of the project * put into trial operation

- Manage multiple client projects against agreed budgets and timescales- Prepare project initiation documents, project plans including resource estimates, timescales, dependencies and project budgets to company standards- Perform a liaison role between the client and company such that current and future opportunities are maximised- Monitor all aspects of the project to ensure it meets company standards, methodologies and quality assurance guidelines- Control, monitor and report progress against plan and take corrective action as necessary in order to meet delivery obligations
