Due to the fact that the entire project was initially built on a custom microframework, and 80% of the logic was delegated to the database, a lot of refactoring was carried out. Among the key tasks, I consider the complete migration from cp1251 to utf8 and from PHP 5.5.9 to 7.2.In the last year of work, we actively expanded the team from 2 to 10 people.
