The scope of activities of the Working group included various aspects of application of electronic systems to control the state of transport infrastructure, vehicles and their cargo are material assets in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Priorities for the working group are the questions: simplifying cross-border transport within the CIS, escort of goods in transit, reducing the time of delivery of material values and of products of industrial enterprises in the implementation of multimodal transport through the use of standardized information devices and systems. Based on the electronic filling device (ETD) that integrate various types of communications and navigation, measuring systems and asymmetric encryption.
