I graduated from the project management course at the GoIT academy, so I have enough knowledge to work as a junior project manager. During my studies, I gained experience in creating individual and group educational projects. Also I have one year of work experience as a PM in a start-up to create a water delivery service, which is currently working successfully. My life experience allows me to collaborate with team members and brainstorm. Some months ago I studied to code and I'm sure, that knowledge of programming will be useful in the project direction, because I have a good understanding of development cycles and will use this knowledge for greater efficiency in team work.From October to December of this year, I successfully completed an internship at the studio Go Web. I got a good experience of managing two teams of developers. Together we managed to complete two projects: “QA WEB-resource” (a web-resource for participants of GoIt's QA-marathon and resource administrators who can add, edit and delete content) and "Dniproagro" (landing page with the administration panel of the enterprise "Dniproagro").Me responsibilities:- writing project documentation (SOW, PRD, WBS, RACI matrix, Schedule, Roadmap, instructions for the admin panel) in Confluence- communication with customers- management of a team of 4 developers- creating tasks and monitoring their execution in Jiraconducting daily meetings and retrospectivesOur results:- timely implementation of the project- satisfaction of the customer's business needs
