During my time as a Team Leader, I was responsible for managing and leading the team, recruiting staff, tying work to context, delegating tasks, managing and negotiating with clients, and maintaining the project SAP EasyMersh. My responsibilities included managing a team of 14 employees, controlling the achievement of sales targets and tasks, motivating team members, and negotiating with network clients. In addition, I built a relationship with a sub-distributor. As the lead for SAP Easy Mersh implementation within a distributor, I conducted employee training and presented the product to the Georgian market.
