• Monitor attendance of project staff to ensure applying company policies and procedures.• Act as HR focal point for staff working on site.• Receive new joiners on site and send acknowledgement of starting work to HR Department.• Create / update database for staff working on site including their details.• Send monthly attendance reports including overtime and deductions to HR Department to review and process payroll for project staff.• Coordinate with HR Department regarding penalties or investigations related to project staff.• Send project’s employees performance appraisal to HR Department for necessary action (either probation or annual appraisals).• Keep file for each employee including copies of basic documents and other related HR correspondences.• Send Resignations / Terminations from project staff to HR Department to process it.• Oversee accommodation all related issues for project staff.• Check catering related issues for project staff.

Participate in preparing the staffing plan, arranging and preparing, selecting and appointing as per the regulation.A database of all job applicants.Participate in the preparation and holding of the induction meeting for new employees.To have sufficient time to diagnose and sufficient documentation to correct the data.Monitoring employee attendance, documenting attendance on work schedules, and reporting to managers in the public administration and human resources director of the apprentices and violators.Preparing and processing movement detection for employees.Follow up employee leave balances and violations and submit them to the line manager for approval and put them in their files on a regular basis.Preparing a mechanism and following up the exit of employees and their locations outside the office.Preparing a database of the bodies that provide training services (institutes - institutions - trainers)Preparing and coordinating training courses and workshops for employees.Preparing and arranging social activities and events for the organization's employees. (Including the definition of systems - rights - duties - affiliation - and job satisfaction.Participate in arranging staff meetings, informing their dates and writing their minutes.Preparing the monthly plan and submitting monthly reports to the Human Resources Director.Participate in preparing the annual plan and general report of the unit.Implement what is assigned to him by the direct supervisor so that it does not conflict with his qualifications and capabilities.
