Construction of a Residential Building at Al Nahda-1 Dubai area is 2300 m2. The project consists of Ground +4 Podium + 13 Typical + Roof. Responsibilities include1. Handling and managing all site activities technical, financial and contractual.2. Supervision all concrete and finishing works3. Preparing and checking all technical submittals (shop drawings, materials, method statement, RFI‘s).4. Estimating and ordering project needs 5. Coordinate all the technical activities on assigned project.6. Plan, schedules, and coordinates assigned engineering work.7. Monitor work for compliance to project drawings and specification and accepted engineering practice.8. Ensure effective communication and coordination between all disciplines and all other project participants.9. To recognize when technical problems are developing in the various disciplines, and to initiate appropriate corrective action10. Ensure that project quality plan and HSE plan are followed11. Worked as structure Engineer where I participate in the design of several projects such as Nile City towers. Worked in the structure checking for city Star project which contain several 5 star hotels, Luxurious apartments, shopping malls and administrative buildings.
