Receiving requests for required projects, distributing them to employees and contractors, and following up their implementation. • Direct supervision of the company's activities between the technical management and the contractors according to the British 5-star approach in the field of occupational safety and health. • Continuous supervision and follow-up on the contractors' implementation of work orders for projects of all kinds (large, medium and small) in the electrical network, evaluating their performance for completion, and assisting them in entering, opening and closing permits in the relevant authorities' system. • Ensure that contractors follow up on the application of comprehensive quality standards for public projects during implementation and their compliance with personal protection tasks and occupational safety requirements and the application of fines and regulations in case of violation and non-compliance. • Develop master plans for work and alternative plans to implement project requests with high quality, speed and reliability. • Preparing periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for the performance and achievements of employees and contractors continuously without delay.
