• Verifying, allocating, posting and reconcile accounts payable and receivables.• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc• Prepare detailed journal entries and account analyses.• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.• Analyzing of major expense items as part of the periodic financial reporting.• Preparation of the ageing report and daily sales & daily collection report.• Preparing and verifying VAT declaration.• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.• Monitoring expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.• Ensuring the timely completion of the monthly closing of the concerned.• Support CFO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy• Perform all other tasks assigned by the department head.• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns• Managing Junior Accounting staff by assisting in maintaining proper records.• Monitoring all records of junior accountants on weekly and monthly basis in order to submit an error free reports to management

• Accounting for the sales & collections, follow up for the timely collections from all the customers.• Ensuring that the credit limit is not surpassed and overdue collections are collected immediately.• Reconciliation of the receivables with the customer statements.• Preparation of the sales report and detailed analysis of the sales on daily basis for management information and decision making.• Managing all employee records and updating on timely basis.• Arranging vacation, EOS settlements etc.• Closely monitoring government and management decisions to apply accordingly.
