As a Human Resources Specialist at House of Caterer, I am responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems, as well as conducting training and development programs for the staff. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Management Information Systems from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, and a Google Data Analytics Certificate from Coursera. I have over two years of experience in HR, having previously worked as a Human Resources Recruiter at the same company, where I successfully sourced, interviewed, and hired qualified candidates for various positions. I have strong skills in HRIS, data analysis, communication, and problem-solving, and I am passionate about enhancing the employee experience and performance. I am also fluent in English and Arabic, and have an interest in learning new technologies and tools. My goal is to leverage my education, experience, and skills to support the growth and success of House of Caterer and its team.
