Document Controller
Current🚩Responsibilities:1. Document Management: •Manage and control project documentation according to company standards and procedures. •Ensure all documents are correctly filed and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.2. Revision Control: •Maintain document control registers and databases. •Ensure that the latest revision of all documents is available to all project members.3. Quality Assurance: •Verify documents for accuracy and completeness. •Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.4. Distribution:• Distribute documents and ensure timely delivery of necessary information to relevant personnel.• Track document status and follow up with stakeholders as needed.5. Archiving: •Archive inactive records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. •Manage the retrieval of archived documents.6. Support: •Assist project managers and team members with document-related issues. •Provide training on document management procedures as needed.7. Reporting: •Generate regular reports on document status, distribution, and any issues encountered. •Provide metrics on document control activities to management.8. Compliance: •Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies regarding document management. •Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary updates to document control processes9. Digitalization: •Oversee the scanning, digitization, and electronic storage of paper documents. •Manage electronic document management systems (EDMS).10. Confidentiality: •Maintain the confidentiality and security of all susceptible and confidential documents.
