- Take leadership in the overall MEAL system and ensure synergy between the different M&E, humanitarian accountability & learning processes.- Develop the overall MEAL system based on local capacity, cost-effective approaches and sustainable processes.- Ensure all approved projects have well defined cost effective M&E, accountability & Information.

- Develop the MEAL policies and procedures.- Design the MEAL Forms and other tools. - Manage, train and mentor MEAL team in Iraq.- Coordinate closely with MEAL Officers and field Officer to collect data for monitoring and evaluation purposes.- Oversee all Routine Monitoring Reporting actions and ensure templates are appropriately used and Standard.
