Organizational Process Management at Kurdistan University:- In the first phase of the project identification, modeling was performed based on the BPMN2.0 standard and documentation (Process Identification).- In the second phase of the project the organizational processes are professionally adapted to the guidelines and regulations of the university and are fully documented and formulated.- In the third phase of the project, the university-prioritized processes are professionally analyzed and simulated, and process improvement solutions are presented in process improvement and design sessions and implemented in Visual Paradigm software.- In the fourth phase of the organization's project to deploy and implement improved processes in BPMSIt is prepared and processes are implemented in BPMS, respectively

The organizational processes analysis of Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences was as follows:- In the first step, using the online questionnaires of managers and experts of each department, priority processes were selected for improvement and the status of the organization was identified.- In the second step, the selected processes for qualitative analysis were evaluated based on three key indicators (KPIs) of simulation and analytical matrices (CRUD,RACI) and in process design and improvement sessions in collaboration with the respective departments, suggestions for improvement and overview of the situation. The desired organization was achieved- In the third step, the improvement plan of the organization was documented based on the transition from the current status to the desired status and the improved status processes were modeled according to the BPMN2.0 standard.

In the first phase of the project identification, BPMN2.0 standard modeling, process documentation and process mapping of Kurdistan University of Medical SciencesThe second phase also analyzes, refines, and improves the processes selected by the departments of medical sciences through quantitative and qualitative analysis, process simulation, and the use of CRUD, RACI and matrix diagrams to design the desired process state.
