Became a leader and driver in the scheduling phase, using creativity and efficiencies to help drive Oles Envelope from 25 mm to 40 mm in sales during a 7 year period. Educated and trained in Six sigma principles in the manufacturing supervision phase. Facility responsibilities as Director of Engineering phase included machine purchasing and predictive and preventive maintenance. In addition to machine upgrades, cell manufacturing was used to increase production and reduce labor costs.
