Brad’s style of coaching is wholly interactive, and his sessions are designed for high impact self - development learning, building development through self analysis, the sharing of experiences, skills practice and real time feedback. Brad has worked as an executive coach since the mid - nineties, when as Director of Training he helped launch the NHS Clinical Governance Programme in the South East of England. Brad’s coaching is based on 28 years of experience and learning under the most distinguished Doctors & Business Coaches in the UK. He has developed a coaching style that allows both one to one clients and group coaching delegates to shift their perspective from the ordinary to the extraordinary.
