Last few years (from 2016) my focus has been on being part of the FNB Platform Journey:In which the Modernisation & right sizing of the Legacy Platform Core Hogan Banking Applications. This also entailed transforming a fundamentally a 2 tier architecture onto a Digital Platform Journey of FNB; that now encompasses a multi tiered architecture. My knowledge base has increased exponentially and exposed me to the complete end to end Banking application landscape. I have also been engaging closely with the Business Teams to assist in evolving their Business Architecture. I am part of team that is building solutions that cover Mainframe Hogan Cobol, Non-Mainframe Java based Applications and also getting some of the Applications host into the Cloud.
