we come together and discuss matters concerning all the facilities and vote to send it to the board for approval. Some matters are approved by us but most of them have to sent to the board

We go into the schools once a week and get the children and we teach them about God. We have permission from the child/children parents or guardian, to teach them.

For the SS Supt. on Sunday morning I have to be at church and open the doors of the church before 10:00. I have to make sure everything is okay at the church before everyone arrives for Sunday School. When its time to open up, I must have a song prepared, a scripture prepared and prayer. If one of my teachers have not contacted me to tell me that they will not be teaching, I will have to find someone to teach and if i cant find someone then i will have to teach. If all teachers are there, i will collect money from each class record it in the minute book give money to the treasurer. When its time to close out i will ring the bell and dismiss classes. If my assistant is there she will read the minutes, we will sing a closing song and SS is over. For VBS. I have been the director since 2001. I get teachers and sometimes we go thru a training and sometimes we dont. I order the supplies. Find the right date that will comply with everyone. Order the food. Contact people to donate items for this occasion so basically i do it all.
