I worked directly with 3 loan officers and a producing branch manager, closing $10M a month. I communicated directly with realtor partners to give them updates on loan approval and closing details as needed; Opened all escrow and worked with escrow officers for estimated fees, preliminary title reports, and closing transaction needs; and borrowers to obtain all documentation needed to meet their requirements, explaining any conditions and funds for closing and arranging all signings and fundings.
