As the Director of People, Operations & Governance at Cork Chamber, I hold a critical role in advancing the organisation's vision and strategic objectives. With over 9 years of experience in Cork Chamber and 15 years of experience in office administration and management, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the Senior Management Team.I am accountable for implementing the strategic plan and annual strategy plan with a specific focus on operations, governance, and people. I oversee the day-to-day operations of Cork Chamber, developing and implementing policies and procedures while promoting continuous improvement. Moreover, I champion the employee wellbeing program, oversee the sustainability and DEI agenda, and guide and support the board with the development, revision and implementation of Cork Chambers Governance Policies. I am hold a Diploma in Corporate Governance, and I have a Certificate in Data Protection Practice and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
