What to Expect When You Weren't Expecting, a co-founder of the Venture Firm, Cancer Fund, and the host of The Lowdown on Cancer.MY SPECIALTIES ★ I share information on cancer as the host of The Lowdown on Cancer, I empower others with knowledge and tools they need get to healthy survivorship, and I share information about my venture firm - Cancer Fund - all things that have me LOVE what I do.✔ I am not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV, but I LOVE to empower others by providing them with information and educating them through The Lowdown on Cancer.✔ Other than the births of my children, my greatest joy comes from sharing my cancer journey with others in hopes it empowers them during something that can be the most dis-empowering and difficult experience of their life. My goal is to guide them to take charge of their health during active treatment, but especially after they have been released to go out and live their lives.✔ I love silver linings and look for them in everything I do. I consider the formation of Cancer Fund to be one of those silver linings. It's exciting to be a part of something new and unique, all while doing good by investing in cancer innovations and doing well by investing wisely.
