负责公司所有产品的软件项目管理，包括项目定义、立项，制定项目计划，监督项目执行，解决项目风险，达成上市目标等；负责协调各部门研发工作，包括人力资源配置，设备资源配置等；根据项目推进情况，识别风险点，做好相应预案；负责管理第三方开发公司研发任务以及结果验收，管理外包公司任务/资源。主要工作：Cast II（智能投影手表）项目和Ares（智能桌面投影机）中：制定适合公司实际情况的项目计划，在资源分布不均的情况下安排人力资源以及相关研发任务，深度参与项目需求定义，在没有同类产品的情况下制定软件质量KPI。监督项目执行，识别风险点并迅速决定解决预案。评估Vi-Band新技术可信性，并制定专门的迭代研发计划，逐步融入项目的整体计划。对于新增需求，新技术需求，制定快速迭代的研发/测试/验收计划，分阶段完成目标，满足公司对外的展示需求，且不影响项目目标以及项目进度。管理北京研发/测试团队，西安研发/测试团队，清晰划分研发任务，定期评审各个site的研发情况，解决研发中出现的技术问题、资源问题，确保项目按计划进行。制定软件外包任务分工，以及外包研发计划，定期评审外包研发任务质量以及测试任务质量。To B项目（大型激光投影场景）中：与客户（海尔大学、京港地铁、雅仕维广告、中海投资等）讨论并确定产品需求，根据产品需求定义，制定整套软硬件解决方案，制定项目研发计划。实地勘测客户环境，并制定施工计划以及验收标准。带领工程师以及施工人员，完成现场施工，交付客户。

参与公司自研项目以及ODM项目的管理工作。负责制定软件开发计划，评估软件开发人力以及样机投入，主导ODM厂商软件开发能力评估。 主要工作：Ø       在U2项目上，评估入中移动定制库成本以及入库策略。负责管理ODM厂商所有的Bug分析进度。Ø       在A3项目上负责制定软件开发计划，评估ODM厂商开发能力以及管理质量。组织软件研发部门评估项目开发人力以及样机投入。

• In Lagan/ Yukon/ Shinano projects, make resource plan, development plan, risk prediction, CheckPoint of SW KPI with reference value.• In in-house projects, lead System team to complete baseline in BringUp. And in Stabilization, fix all system-level issues such as black screen, phone freeze, memory leak, system crash, performance and power saving issues。• Make VI plan and provide risk report.• In in-house, organize and lead taskforce for difficult issues. Co-work with other FAT to fix these difficult issues.• In off-shore projects Lagan Maki/ Shinano Maki, audit vendor engineer quality and project development process. According project status, provide technical support for project management and issue.• In Fuji/ Blue cookie upgrade projects, I lead a technical team (3 people) to work onsite in vendor office. In short time, clear problem and fix them. Meanwhile, help vendor to establish a reasonable and efficient workflow.• Long time onsite work in Tokyo, co-work with Tokyo PM team and System team to complete Japanese operator customization projects.• Operate Global factory support team, improve whole competence.• Through reasonable task arrangement, full train team member’s technical ability. Encourage internal communication and knowledge sharing to improve everyone competence.
