Built the design system of Taiwan financial enterprises websites and redesigned web pages.My main responsibilities were to cooperate with the Taiwan team to audit the existing components and patterns of the four websites, then build and unify the design system, and write explanatory documents. Finally, work closely with researchers and product managers to complete the redesign of the website.Project outcome: Setting clear standards for products and enforcing them via strong communication and documentation, helped the enterprise create a consistent experience among a range of products. At the same time, it created a flexible, simple and intelligent website experience that enhances the connection between financial digital products and users.

Designed China Mobile face verification application for mobile terminal.My main responsibilities were to refine and iterate the interaction process of face verification, and redesign the recording guidance process and prototype (focusing on accessibility design, for example, for visually impaired users, we tried to use audio and vibration cues to guide the user's face to the center of the lens to capture the face image).Results: The demander expressed satisfaction with the results. In terms of requirement side feedback, the application complaint rate has been reduced.

It’s a side project of Computer Science School focusing on sustainable mobility needs and the application of Mobility as a service (MaaS) to current navigation apps.My main role in developing this project were: 1) Making project plans; 2) Conducting qualitative research (user interview, personas, scenarios, and usability testing) and prototyping; 3) Collecting and analyzing research data, such as interview script and walkthrough; 4) Producing research reports.Results: 1) Deeply explored how mobile navigation applications combine design interventions to promote green travel; 2) In lab evaluation, the improved navigation app successfully interrupted 30% of habitual unsustainable travel behaviors through behavioral intervention schemes.
