• Team specific responsibilitieso Engage, motivate and focus the team to stay on task and on target in delivering the highest business value as defined by the Product Ownero Schedule and facilitate all team meetings such as daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review (demo) and retrospectiveo Update and maintain burn down chart on a central location daily, post it in the team area and explain it to the team during daily scrumo Work with the team, cross-team resources, and stakeholders to mitigate risks and remove barriers. Escalate as necessary to management to get resolution if needed o Identify impediment and give clear visibility to the team on impediment resolution progress through frequent communicationo Serve as a change agent to coach and mentor team on Scrum practices

1. Analyze the product requirements, implementation, and design required test cases to for their validation, including its automation. 2. Test execution to validation the requirements.3. Report test result, and flag/track the defects, make sure product delivery with quality.4. Maintenance of test facilities and test-cases.5. New test method/tools introduction to improve Test efficiency and effectiveness.
