Act vs Bud & RFC-Key Project capex application and business case simulation & NPV / payback calculation.-Post review capex investment related business case.-Capex Budget related.(3) Monthly RFC , Yearly Budget and 5YBP-Yearly budget collaboration and consolidation for Business Line.-Prepare budget and forecast reporting package with special notes and P&L simulation(4) Support for Quotations-Set the template for product cost structure.-Collect and calculate hour rate information based on actual and budget data.-Quotation template and suggestions for sales team.(5) NWC track and improvement as demand-AR aging and credit status review by customer with sales team.-Inventory needs check with operation team and cost booking check.(6) Coordinate with internal and external audit.(7) Communicate with government on refund related work.

(1) Collect and check the correct of the internal company statement bill of the integrity of the bill, to ensure that all statements in accordance with group internal reconciliation requirements . (2) Check statements of every entities in the group to ensure the information is correct and meet the requirements of consol statements. (3) Calculate the unrealized margin of Giti China, and provide the basis data to support the consolidated statements. (4) Consolidated statements of Giti china.

(1) Assets and inventory related accounting treatment.-Check assets payment request form , contract and invoice; coordinate AP accounting -Monthly closing for fixed asset and intangible assets module including fixed asset booking, CIP capitalization, depreciation running, FA/CIP manual accrual.(2) Provide the monthly assets and inventory reports to meet the needs of FP&A team.(3) Yearly Capex budget report and monthly Capex forecast report. Collect budget / forecast data from departments and estimate the depreciation / amortization occur in the future.(4) Take participate in the annual fixed assets and inventory physical counts.(5) Provide essential supporting when internal/external auditing.(6) Other assets and inventory related work.
