1. Be responsible for corporate daily HR operational work (i.e. on-boarding, termination, probation performance review management, labor contract renewal, etc.) in Greater China Region.2. Be responsible for the daily HR work for Nanjing Plant (i.e. organization development, C&B, talent acquisition, training, performance management, employee relationship, etc.)3. Be responsible for designing and implementing AP annual training plan.4. Be responsible for the management of HR Information System in AP Region5. Act as the HR coordinator and involve in corporate projects (i.e. M&A, Plant Shut Off, etc.)6. Act as the HRBP to the supporting functions in the company, work with the team leaders in organization optimization, talent management, and performance management.7. Work with team leaders to deal with the employee relationship issues and maintain positive and harmonious employee relations to create an engaged work environment and culture for employees.8. Contractor/outsourcing employees management.9. Vendor management (i.e. recruitment, external training, background check, outsourcing, FESCO, commercial insurance, etc.).10. Act as key point of contact for legal consultation within the HR team, and responsible for continuously update HR internal documents and procedure.11. Continuously optimize HR operation process.
