Main responsibilities: Collecting accounts receivable from over 200 active customers on a monthly basis. Implementing company credit policy. Identifying discrepancy during the implementation of the company credit policy to ensure minimum noncompliance. Standardizing company credit policy when situation changes.Preparing AR related reports including Ageing Improvement, Key accounts overdue and Group agent summary etc. Main achievements: Trade Receivable Days for 2015 and 2016 were 59 and 53 respectively. Both were lower than industry criteria 65. Accounts receivable overdue % for 2017 was 12.34% which is well below industry criteria 20%.

Main responsibilities: Filing China work visa for working expatriates in China. Following through the whole China work visa process from applying Invitation Letter, Employment License, S type visa to Work Permit and Employment Permit to ensure timely issuance of China work visa by China authorities.Handling an average of 40-50 files on a monthly basis with such key customers as Microsoft and NSN.

Acting as an interpreter and manager of the operating site of the removal of house hold goods and personal effects.
