1.  主要负责商业项目和医药市场的数据分析以及数据挖掘；2.   数据分析项目：截至目前，① 售前商业项目数据分析36+次，100+工时，为顾问、销售日常数据提供分析支持；                        ② 每周五定时提取药品维度数据，为辉瑞爱博新数据授权试点项目提供数据支持；                        ③ 武汉呼吸科药品浏览量的分析(1月30-31号)，用于新冠肺炎疫情期间丁香园用药助手访问情况；主要工作内容：结合业务需求，通过写SQL脚本从后台抽取数据，并进一步分析汇总，展示当前业务概况，以便进一步了解掌握项目发展情况，提高企业收益。3.  报告开发：截至目前， I  已完成住友精神云中心PowerBI 报告的开发，并已在运维维护中(2019年12月中旬-2020年1月中下旬初版完成，3月份有新的需求，对报告做了进一步的更新)。  主要工作内容：① 和项目经理沟通数据维度，展示需求；                ② 和数据组负责人沟通数据需求；③ 报告开发：从后台数据到PowerBI前台的展示；④ 后续新需求的持续跟进；报告的作用：不仅让用户进一步了解我们丁香园的能力潜能，还可以减轻项目经理的工作压力，避免繁琐数据的整理，简化工作内容，提高工作效率；II  已完成E诺学苑PowerBI初版报告的开发，并在追踪客户需求持续开发中(2020年3月中旬)。(主要看代表邀请客户的进展以及代表行为数据，另外还有医生的行为数据)主要工作内容：① 和项目经理沟通需求(此项目属于老项目新需求，数据源已知，因此暂时无需沟通购书需求)；② 报告开发：从后台数据到PowerBI前台展示；③ 后续新需求持续跟进中；报告的作用：满足客户对数据的需求，对业务的快速掌握运筹；III  已完成丁香园用户属性数据中微信粉丝数的初版开发(2020年2月中旬)。(微信公众号的粉丝数以及医生数)主要工作内容：① 分析数据维度，以及表间关联关系；②   写SQL脚本从后台抽取数据；③ 报告开发：导入数据，固定页面展示，数据自动更新；报告作用：帮助用户及时快速地了解丁香园微信粉丝数的动态变化，高效采取应对措施，提高企业业务收益。4.   疫情地图工作：今年3月16日开始，轮班更新国内外疫情新增、死亡和治愈数据(现在增加了无症状感染者)，以及海内外资讯的追踪搜寻；主要工作内容：① 海外数据更新，依据央视新闻APP时间链，及时响应疫情发展情况；② 前期，海外8个重点国家趋势图更新，后期已实现自动化。及时掌握重点国家的疫情走势，以便判断下一步的发展趋势；③ 国内数据更新，依据各省卫健委数据。及时准确地掌握国内各地区的疫情发展情况，高效采取防范措施；④ 前期，海外资讯更新，后期国内资讯更新。及时掌握海内外重大疫情消息数据和新闻，做好防疫举措。

In the past one and a half years, I have participated in 22 projects, of which I have been in charge of 9 projects independently, including phase I to Phase III clinical trials involving lung cancer, small cell and other medical fields. Late-stage operation and maintenance, timely finding and solving problems, such as abnormal code operation due to system upgrade, and abnormal decimal numbers, which need to be corrected in time; Independently develop tools to help the team improve work efficiency1. Independently developed data comparison tools for verification system, combined worksheets and workbooks, etc.;2. Set up MySQL database to help the team manage data efficiently and facilitate clinical inspection. For example, by obtaining team XPT data set, SAS was used to convert it into SQL data and MySQL was used to upload it to the database. Further data processing is performed in MySQL as required, and subsequent data processing is performed according to the internal requirements of the department.

Mainly responsible for data analysis and data mining of commercial projects and pharmaceutical market. Details are as follows: Data analysis：1. Analyzed data of pre-sales commercial projects for 36+ times and 100+ man-hours, provided analysis support for consultants and sales daily data；2. Regularly extract drug dimension data every Friday, and provide data support for new data authorization pilot project of Pfizer AiBo；3. nalysis of drug traffic of Wuhan Respiratory Department, which is used for the visits of drug assistants in Dxy Garden during the COVID-19 epidemic. Based on business needs, SQL scripts are written to extract data from the background, further analyze and summarize, and present the current business overview, so as to further understand the development of the project and improve corporate income。 Report development：1. Completed PowerBI report development, operation and maintenance of The Spirit Cloud Center. The function of report can improve users' understanding of the capacity and potential of Ding Xiang Garden, reduce the work pressure of project managers, avoid tedious data sorting, simplify work content and improve work efficiency。2. Completed the development of the initial version of PowerBI report of ENuo Academy, and tracked customer demand. The development is continuing (mid-March 2020)。3. Completed the initial development of the number of wechat fans in the user attribute data of Dingxiang Garden (mid-February 2020)。 Epidemic map work: Starting from March 16, 2020, the data of new cases, deaths and cures of COVID-19 at home and abroad will be updated by shifts, as well as the tracking and search of epidemic information。

1.       利用SQL Sever将业务需求转换为数据语言，进行数据处理分析，从而提取业务所需数据，搭建数据模型；2.       协助报表开发工程师，利用BI工具如Tableau、Qlikview\Qlisense开发报表，使后台业务数据以可视化图表的形式展现，供管理层做出正确合理的决策，提高企业收益；3.       微信端报表页面设计。利用Axure设计数据呈现形式，实现数据的灵动交互性。4.       报表运维。使用SQL Sever从后台数据库拉取数据，以便Tableau、Qlikview\Qlisense刷新报表；5.       检查数据异常。常见异常原因有：数据Double导致报表中呈现的销量数据异常大、经销商性质改变至使报表中的销量数据与平台数据不一致、指标更新中人为操作出现操作误差导致指标异常等多；6.       撰写项目验收文档，包括数据处理逻辑、工具使用、业务逻辑以及报表页面的交互式呈现方式进行详细的说明；7.       协助项目经理、总监处理日常所需数据。例如协助总监查看本部门2018年上半年的运营人工成本分布比重情况。

1.         多个项目同时进行，根据SAP、CRF运用SAS处理临床试验数据，并产生TFL；2.         运用多种模型分析药物的疗效以及安全性，如Logistic回归分析、Cox模型、广义线性回归模型、混合效应模型、Kolmogorov-Smirnov检验、生存分析等；3.         参与细胞肺癌的IV期临床研究，分析不良事件，伴随治疗和疗效终点，验证TFL要求和原始输出；4.         负责糖尿病项目的统计学研究设计，撰写SAP、设计CRF、及起草要展示的分析指标及模型的设定，即统计分析图表TFL；5.         负责皮肤病试验的设计，完成样本量估算和统计检验效能的计算。
