For BT headset product, I focused on SW related product development and leading of collaborated projects, and also contributed to the coordination of subcontracted product development, at the concept phase, I define the feature sets and SW functions of product with PPM, PM, PDM, ID team, HW team, Mechanical Team, and quality team, and figure out the SW developing and testing plan, define testing cases and prepare testing resources, and also give chip selection proposal. After program is started, I need do SW configuration for product, and cooperate with ODM, Outsource, and BT chip vender to develop product, do quality and schedule monitoring and controlling to ensure the product can be delivered on time. For platform development, I need define and configure platform features and functions, and also figure out the developing and testing plan, and ensure the SW quality is met the product requirements. In addition, I am also responsible for BT profile PTS testing for all internal developing products, such as HFP, A2DP, AVRCP profiles.

As a team leader, in charge of human management, risk management, coordinating testing resources, building up competence system, monitoring material management process in team, testing process and testing quality controlling, team testing delivery assurance and project audit and so on. As a communication interface, manage the testing requirements.

As a technical supporter, help to solve the difficulties during testing. As a product owner, in charge of coordinating testing resource, control testing process and testing quality, submit testing summary and workload summary; as a communication interface with Nokia, in charge of managing and analyzing testing requirement and testing purpose, communicate testing process, severe bugs with customers timely.
