2011/3—Now Sercomm (Suzhou) R&D CenterTitle: Project LeadIn charge of potential project RFQ/bidding, NPI management of Wireless AP/Router/DSL/STB products, responsible for whole product lifetime management, including product design, mockup sample build, small qty batch trial run, larger qty Pilot build, MP, EOL and customer service management.This Job covers:a. Drive and coordinate for potential projects' quotation bidding and RFQ reply, and perform contract review and escalation approval, document all customer files and related agreement for tracking.b. Communicate with customer for new product requirement, including HW, SW, ID, ME, Certificate, NPI schedule, etc once project awarded.c. Control of HW/SW/ME design/development/testing milestone, BOM cost management, communication with chip vendors, sampling management, tooling development management, NPI progress and issue report to customer (daily/weekly meeting and tracking list)d. NPI trial run/Pilo run schedule and quality management，including failure debug/reporting.e. Phase-in gating review in NPI stagef. Handling of EC and design-related customer complaint after MPg. Cost down driver for BOM cost and labor costh.
