Process Modeling: Design enterprise policy and procedure architecture, optimize enterprise regulation, conduct business modeling through building business process landscape and business workflow charts, design business forms and records.3. Risk management:3.1 Enterprise Risk Management: Identify risk events, design risk indicators and risk alert mechanism, establish enterprise risk management architecture.3.2 Internal Control: Conduct financial analysis for clients, review effectiveness of accounting activities, separation of duty, authorization, establish internal control architecture.⚫ Key Outcomes: Got 6 projects done with high recognition as a project leader, finished 4 project as a sub-project leader.
