- Responsible for set up hotel group guidelines - Responsible for HMA projects OS&E list specification。- Participation on BD works, provide support to BD team.- Set up naked project progress guidelines. - Provide TS support, to implement naked guideline during project design and construction.- Act as naked Rep, responsible for all coordination between Owner and consultants.- Be responsible for CD, SD and DD review, sign off. 。- Be responsible for mockup room inspection and sign off. - Prepartion of hotel pre-opening process, coordination. - Follow up and coordination after hotel opening.

- Provide support to BD team, explain to potential Owner about technical service contents and scope of work.- Responsible for all China hotel project TS work, control brand standard.- Review and sign off all consultants documents.- Review and sign off all mockup room design documents, site quality control, make inspection and approval.- Site MEP installation inspection, ID works inspection.- Coordination and control of pre-opening work procedures.- TS support after hotel opening

- Provide technical support and make project mile stone control planning.- To implement Banyantree standand for all HMA projects.- Be BT representative, responsible for all consultants and Owners coordination and communication.- Review and approval of all CD, SD and DD documents.- Mockup room inspection and sign off.- Preparation and coordination during pre-opening period.- After hotel opening follow up and coordination

- Participation of project site selection, Technical Due deligence.- Be responsible for Ibis and Novotel concept design. - LDI selection and design contract management.- Construction drawings review and sign off.- Site construction inspection, issues coordination until hotel opening

- Be responsible for Hypermarket project development and follow up.- Carry out Hypermarket project inception stage Due Deligence and analysis.- Be responsible for Coordination with both investor and government related Dep.- Be responsible Project construction works call for tender, contract management, control and manage site both civil and MEP construction works, until Hypermarket Opening.- Follow up for post opening defects rectification works

- Be responble for site civil construction works management and control.- Place construction materials procurement order, follow up and management of orders.- Stock materials inventory control and make report.- Receiving delivered materials and make distribution.- Coordination and negotiation with suppliers

- Provide assistance and support to Site Forman and Engineer for the East Lake hotel site construction work.- Construction document record works.
