1. Provide leadership and guidance to QA and QC teams to ensure adherence to quality policy;2. Evaluate infrastructure and capability of new suppliers against customers’ and organization’s requirements make sure they are able to meet requirements with regard to compliance and standards;3. Partner with the Business Developer to review, audit new factories, qualify and recommend new suppliers from a technical and quality perspective;4. Conduct periodic quality meetings with QA and QC teams to provide updates;5. Identify process and product weaknesses through claims and final inspection outcomes and input to the continuous improvement process and product quality;6. Train office QAs/QCs so they are enabled to make independent decisions on day-to-day matters.7. Sign off the sample against the technical specifications of the product;8. Set the standards for defect classifications being used in AQL based quality inspections;9. Carry out full product review on all articles annually to ensure they are always within specification according to the technical documents.

1. Based on quality focal point for the supplier process control and quality assurance of sourcing products, work with supplier to establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements.2. Work closely with service providers on surveillance audit (quality system assessment, process capability analysis and during-process inspection etc.) for the suppliers through quality tools to quality them and drive their continuous improvement.3. Follow up non-conforming from the supplier audit, during-process inspection, pre-shipment inspection, quality complaints from internal customers, product returns and safety recalls. Identify / drive root cause analysis, corrective action and preventive action implementation.4. Support Product Engineering on pre-purchase testing, provide on-site technical guidance to suppliers and monitor them toward assuring product / process compliance with engineering requirements.5. Support Sourcing team on new product launch by new factory pre-qualification prior to on-boarding.6. Tracking, management and reporting for the assigned quality initiative programs.7. Work closely with QA team to manage service providers to ensure compliance to relevant requirements from Client's Integrity Policy, QA Standard Operating Procedures and MSA.

1. Provide testing and assessment services according to product standards;2. Supervise and train the testers, trainees and assistant engineers to make sure their competence and test quality;3.
