Responsibilities & Achievements： -- Communicate with internal and external parties for developing of new products, following the trends, and meet deadlines of different stages-- Coordinate with several teams and support for promotions/campaigns, eg coming up with promotion items for development, ordering & merchandising -- Recruit new vendors & assesse the supplier’s performance to improve the efficiency of supply chain -- Involving Order meeting for product selection from both design perspective and customer point of view-- Set up Retail price according to pricing strategy-- Negotiate with suppliers to gain competitive purchase price, arrange PO and monitor bulk productions in terms of sample approval, quality, lead-time, delivery, etc.-- Follow up sales performance and inventory; take action such as repeating orders to maximize profit-- Study sales data and Analyze Tops & Bottoms style for understanding the needs of customer and guiding for following seasons-- Optimize purchasing and supplier management in order to decrease the operation cost and increase the profit margin, and gain competitive advantage on the market
