1. 负责排放试验室现场工作，与试验委托方进行技术沟通，形成试验大纲和具体的试验任务书，并制定排放试验任务计划，指导操作员完成工作目标，监督计划执行情况，通过考核管理不断提高排放试验室的工作效率和作业能力。Perform emission test on site,communicate with test requetor, make test programe and test plan, give advise to operators, supervise test procedures and execution, improve test efficiency and capability. 2. 对试验数据进行判断和分析，解释试验技术方面的问题，对项目成果进行最初的评估，提供有关技术方面的报告，交上级经理进行审核。Analyze and make judgement on test data, give answers to technical issues. Make initial evaluation on project results, propose technical reports, and submit it to upper management for approval. 3. 保证试验工作质量，制定设备的操作规程、检测工作细则、设备标定、保养、检查规程等质量文件，交上级经理审核，负责培训设备操作员、实施比对工作和寻找合格的易耗物资供应商。Write quality management documents including equipment operation procedure, detailed measurement rules, equipment calibration/maintenance/ inspection rules; submit them to upper management for approval; train equipment operators; perform corelation tests; find qualified suppliers for low cost expendables. 4. 保障设备的正常运作，保证试验数据的准确性，制定排放试验室设备期间核查计划、年度保养计划、并监督执行。通过日常的巡检及时发现问题，在第一时间内排除故障，保障设备的有效运行并确保排放试验的顺利完成，同时应建立相关健全的设备维修档案。Make equipment period inspection schedule and annual maintenance plan and implement to ensure in good condition. Check equipment faults, troubleshooting in time and establish servicing record. 5. 对于已批准的设施投资项目，为试验设备符合国标要求、满足公司需要，协助制定项目执行计划，确定技术要求或规范，发布采购申请和SOR,对供应商进行调研和评估，确定技术上的合格供应商，Responsible for establish technical requirements, PR and SOR, evaluate suppliers, confirm technical proposal for facility investment project to meet national regulation requriements. 6. 为了适应试验技术的发展，追踪本领域技术的发展和标准的更新，为项目的决策提供方案建议，为工程项目建设提供技术支持。Responsible to follow test technology development and updating on emission test field to provide suggestion for project decision. Provid tech support to engineering project.
