2021．12-至今 Intel - Performance and Optimization for Post Silicon SOC(CPU/IP)对应工作：随着Xeon SPR进入Beta, 加入性能优化组专注基于CPU/IP 平台性能分析和优化工作，包含多个Platform 级别Workload 和AI Workload。针对特定WL，和对应专家分析结构WL 并聚焦关键的性能点，利用系统工具观察WL运行表现，并指定主要资源分配方式和Scaling策略，挖掘对应性能表现并确定瓶颈，帮助SPR/EMR等产品释放具有竞争力性能， 多份优化评估结果已经帮助SPR 和其它平台展现其性能。Work on Performance optimization for XEON products, including Platform and AI workloads.Analyze the dedicated Workload and figure the key points which may impact the performance with experts and owners, use monitoring tools and perf tool to capture critical KPI for Workload in running and analyze the data about memory, IO perf, CPU utilization and others to find the TOP-DOWN model and get the roof-line, find to deliver optimization solution to help release the best perf for Intel SOC production including SPR/GNR/MTL and others. Multiple reports have been leveraged by SMG and other co-works to help Intel production release.

2019．10-2021.12 Intel SATG - BIOS Engineer对应工作：加入Intel BIOS 专注XEON CPU(SPR-10nm/GNR-7nm）产品BIOS特性开发，调试和IP验证。在Pre-Silicon Phase（Simulation Simics），对业界首次支持CXL特性的Silicon的Memory/Cache处理机制进行分析，在Bootloader流程中适配新的CXL Memory/Cache，确保SOC 外的CXL Device 工作，并在后期的Post-Silicon中验证前期工作有效正确，并支持合作团队Enable IP 并指导其实现新IP 的 OS 处理， 给出Full Stack支持。在GNR一代产品开发中，同时参与Pre-Power-on并负责IIO（PCIe/CXL） N-1的适配工作，分析GNR/SPR CPU IO 资源差异，通过interposer 全面覆盖IO 完成新一代 GNR Board IO 识别验证，成功Boot至 OS，为GNR的Post Silicon赢得时间。面对问题深入思考和积极探索，面对CPU 和CXL系统问题，创新提出CXL Memory Reserve等方案，形成Patent 并发表，或提出有效设想给到CXL主委专家。Working in Intel 2019.10- 2021.12. BIOS Software EngineerI was responsible for new feature of IIO on SPR/GNR platform, especially new protocol CXL as first hero feature in XEON Silicon. I analyzed the booting flow in silicon and figured out the mandatory flow for Memory/Cache for CXL, implemented feature and triaged issues to confirm CXL device could work. In Post-Slicion, all physical devices behavior proved the earlier implementation perfectly done.Besides, for GNR, I was responsible for Pre-Powen-on for IIO, mapped GNR CPU to physical SPR board leveraging complicated Interposer. All issues were fixed and PCIe/CXL devices could be recognized well, which help to promote process of launching GNR silicon to win Server market. In the working I dive CXL and potential issues, made solutions as patents and gave suggestion to CXL committee to help CXL mature capability.

2014．7-2019.10 Intel - Android Software and System Engineer对应工作：主要负责IA平台的手机及平板集成调试工作，负责问题的收集，分析和定位调试，并修改实施，提供解决方案。处理关于FRAMEWORK/LINUX/VMM 问题，以及合作客户反馈的复杂问题（如联想）。此外，独立领导并完成IRDA 产品FXN-698/FXN80/OARS-7的Power-on及调试工作。参与IVI VMM的关键RAS特性设计和开发，完成Hypervisor，Guest OS 等关键运行错误的统一信息收集通道的设计，提供运行维护的完整功能。Working in Intel 2014.7-2019.10. Android Software and System EngineerAs an engineer of OTC/SSG, my work focused on system integration and debugging on the platform of X86 platform, e.g., Sofia. I Collected issue on phones and analyzed the clue, took debugging, rooted the cause, finally provided solution by patches to verify for normal solutions.Mainly on Framework/kernel/VMM issue and others. Besides, I took the work for power-on,enabling different features about Screen/touch/WIFI and others on product IRDA e.g., FXN-698. Through the works , I enhanced the experience for system analysis and system debugging.

产品开发：负责WIFI热点软件开发，为清华学生提供无感知网络连接方式（从ETHERNET替换为TD）。与华为赛门铁克合作，将CAPWAP模块移植到其无线TD设备上，开发全新的网络连接热点。独立一人到北京负责新的组网方式评估，软件设计，移植代码，并指导其代码编写人员完成200多个接口代码的编写。定位解决，并完成全部设备调试工作。通过多次培训，帮助华赛公司建立完整WLAN业务团队。最终成功完成产品TDFI商用。因其经历，回沪独立带领人员，完成与ZDC公司的代码移植，保障设备进入移动集采测试。和台湾盟创公司合作，带领并指导盟创完成移植工作，产品设备在印度市场试用。客户支持：参与客户支持工作，面对现网中设备运行问题，组织人力资源排查分析，并及时奔赴一线，多次现场定位问题，理解客户需求并与客户沟通交流，提出解决方案，均获取客户满意反馈。Working in Huawei 2011.01-2012.10 Software EngineerDevelopment for Project:To meet the need from CMCC, I leaded developing WIFI equipment with OEM, transplanted CAPWAP to TDFi device, and design the message format .From 2011.4 to 2011.7, I went to Beijing to design product, transplant code for the networks, and guided the coders to finish about 200 interfaces, realizing the main functions of new production. Through coding, debug and troubleshoot, at last, we finished the impossible task and all the normal functions. In 2 months, I delivered training, to help OEM to build WLAN team. The product was a success commercially in Tsinghua campus.Based on the experience of cooperation, I guided engineers to finish several other products co-working with different companies.Customer Support:I was responsible for issues from customers, needed to analyzed scenario from customers, organized engineers to deep dive issues and delivered solutions. More, I reached customers to make face to face communication and provided solutions, got nice feedback from customers.

2009．7-2011．1 中兴通讯股份有限公司 系统测试工程师中兴通讯股份有限公司上海研发中心工作。从事TD-SCDMA无线系统测试工作，负责组建立完整的外场实验环境，包括物理实体RNC、NODEB、RRU和其它无线设备，在自研刀片上搭建LINUX环境，运行网络管理系统，配置能够正常进行电话等通信业务的实际数据，进行测试。在第一年的工作中，凭借能力和刻苦，稳定可靠测试质量，帮助完成实验局搭建，总结技术文档，工作得到客户肯定。Working in ZTE corporation 2009.7-2011.1. System Testing EngineerI worked in ZTE as a system testing engineer in Shanghai. I was Mainly responsible to establish whole system was the same as the real Networks, including RNC,NODEB,RRU and other wirelessequipment. I configured mobile communication system, ran the whole blade servers with system developed by ZTE, and validated system function. Besides, I delivered crucial tools for automation testing. In that period, I worked hardly, and got praise from the customers on relative project.
