• To be responsible to make the whole aftersales supply chain of Bordrin company, including the short term of 1 year planning, the middle term of 3 years planning and the long term of 5 years planning, even some pre-work of the short term has been started already, including but not limited as DCs and logistic distribution system set-up, making and optimizing the business processes/ regulations/ guidelines for the whole supply chain.• To be responsible for supplier sourcing/landing/implementation/optimization, and quality control.• To be responsible to logistic management, provide logistic solution, negotiate with 3PL and daily monitoring;• To be responsible to manage the daily operation of the aftersales warehouse and transportation, keep continuously promoting the performance of feedback speed/overall cost/operation quality/HSE/etc. • To be responsible to develop and validate the parts and accessories of aftersales department, and almost 113 items have been validated by R&D department and MSS department. • To be responsible to setup the equipment standard for purchase staff in order to help company to get a better price with high quality, and some pre-work of payment for finance staff. • To be responsible for the package improvement of charging pile.• Assist the sales department to collect and analyze the access policies of new energy vehicle from the government of target cities.

1. To be responsible for the daily management and planning work of aftersales supply chain for the north area in China 2. To be responsible for the daily management and KPI review of Peking NDC, including but not limited as below: Inbound & Outbound Management/Inventory & Location Control/ Inventory & Location Management/ Operation Efficiency Increasing/ Operation Cost Control/ Team Building Organizing/ Monthly KPI Review/ etc.;3. To be responsible for the daily management and KPI review of transportation quality in north area of China, even the emergencies handling, including but not limited as below: Hand-over Standard Set-up & Management/ OTD Optimizing & Control/ New Transport Business Carry-out/ Monthly KPI Review/ Emergency Cases Tracking/ etc.;4. To be responsible for the planning and building works of Xi’an and Shenyang NDC to get a cost saving in the future.5. To be responsible for handling all the discrepancy claims from more than 150 dealers in north area of China.6. Support and train the new colleagues to do the daily management and KPI review of Guangzhou NDC.7. Support and train the new colleagues to do the daily management and KPI review of transportation quality of east area in China, even the emergencies handling.8. Support line manager to do the planning and building works of Chengdu NDC to get a cost saving in the future.9. To be responsible for CORE running smoothly in China, and directly report to VOLVO Sweden.10. To be responsible for new dealers training before opening, even the training materials updating.11. To be responsible for the bill checking/payment application/cost control/yearly budget preview/etc. such as paper works related to finance department.12. To be responsible to compile and update the documents and standards for aftersales supply chain.

1. To be responsible to handle all aftersales service items of Mercedes-Benz trucks in Shanxi Province, and both as Shaanxi/Ningxia/Inner Mongolia/etc.2. 1. Guangzhou Wohao(2004-2007): Start my vehicle career as an assistant of front-desk, but after less than 1 year, I have been promoted as front-desk supervisor due to my hard working/quickly learning/postive attitude/etc. Main job of this title is including customer maintain and develop/task distribution, such as customer visiting/staff arrangement/working orders/working hour justice/etc.2. Tianjin Zhongwo(2008): I moved to Tianjin Zhongwo as a service manager appointed by head office, in order to as soon as possible to recover the business in Tianjin and around Hebei Province. Through hard working with high efficiency within 14 months, I accomplished this task very well.3. Beijing Woka(2009): I moved to Beijing Woka as a support engineer appointed by head office, in order to support the engineers from VOLVO truck to finish some urgent tasks, such as taking PDI after the foreign truck arrived at the port, and install a set of oil-water separator due to the quality of domestic diesel is much lower than Europe. Sometimes I have to be as a role of English translator to help the foreign drivers to be adapt to the lifestyle in China asap to make sure VOLVO China Road Show goes well.
