Main Job:1.Responsible for the design of yaw system of Wind Turbine. Build the 3D models of yaw system of different type of Wind Turbine with PRO/E and SOLIWORKS and draw 2D drawings of the parts with AutoCAD and upload to PLM system.2.Responsible for the calculation of screw joints (VDI 2230,SR1+,KISSsoft), strength of gear pairs (ISO 6336,KISSsoft,KISSsys) and yaw bearing (ISO 281).3.Communicate with the speed reducer and yaw bearing suppliers and confirm the technical points of their products. Apply for the material number in SAP system and write the Technical Documents of each product.4.Solve the problems during assembling in factory and running in Wind Farm.5.Other things designated by the leaders.Main Projects:1.Study of Yaw System. This is the only project in Technology Department rewarded by the Company in 2012 and the only financial supported project in Mechanical Technology Department in 2013. We manage to redesign the yaw system of 2MW by cutting the yaw drivers from 6 to 4 saving 80,000 yuans per Wind Turbine directly.2.Study of the Screw Calculation and Application. As a few Wind Power Corporations grasp the VDI 2230 calculation for Screw and FEA calculation is the only way to calculate the strength of screw connection which is not matured as well, our team aim at understanding the calculation way of VDI 2230 and making the screw connections safer. One colleague and I almost grasp the VDI 2230 calculation method except a few questions.3.Design of New Type of Wind Turbine. I participate in the yaw system design of 2.5MW, 2MW , 1.5MW and 1.65MW
