Work Contents: （1）Industry Research: In-depth participation in manganese ore, manganese sulfate, and lithium carbonate industry research, and benchmark R&D.Index Customization: Project Manager of index customization and cooperation projects, accomplishing customers' required program of price index, diffusion Index, sentiment index, etc.（2）Index Promotion: Arrange index promotion plans, visit cooperative customers and potential customers, complete index product roadshows, etc.2. Work Outputs:（1）Research-relevant: Produced 57 industry reports and articles, improved the methodology of MyBCIC, aka Mysteel Bulk Commodity Index of China, and produced 2 annual reports of the commodity market.（2）Price-relevant: Regulated 9 index customization projects, which include logistics, iron ore, copper scrap, and machine-made sand. Income of the most profitable project up to ¥2 million / year.（3）Promotion-relevant: Consumers are included in Guangzhou Futures Exchange, Xinhua, Shanghai Futures Exchange, and some government agencies.
