-Responsible for Tribe & CA quality assurance and process adherence & control. Defines the KPI goals on tribe level in collaboration with Product Quality Manager, BU/DU/Tribe leaders and BU/DU Quality Lead. Responsible for tracking the KPIs against the agreed target. Drives and owns quality KPIs/Scorecard as per defined responsibility, analyses and deep dives.-Responsible for driving quality culture and mindset.-Creates and owns Quality improvement roadmap and drives the continuous improvement (release over release and year over year) action plans.-Promotes cross-tribe improvements & best practice sharing across tribe and squads.-Supports definition and maintenance of Master Quality Plan in cooperation with BU/DU HoQ-Accountable for customer pronto RCA/EDA quality in scope of responsibility. Responsible for formal grading of respective 5Why Analysis and support RCA/EDA Practice Manager as requested in effective implementation of RCA/EDA practice. -Acting as an interface for internal and external audit requests for planning and execution-Customer Quality Material preparation and review with key stakeholders based on requested agenda for assigned customer.

In charge of US Bay area telecom customers including switch, server and storage. Responsible for new project development and all related issues of purchase order processing. Make sales budget via customer forecast and product life cycle. Working with sourcing and engineering team of supplier development, cost review and raw materials pull in to provide customer with competitive cost, excellent quality and on time delivery products.

-Taking charge of Network product team, main customers are US Bay area companies. Working as the contact window between customer and factory. Good communicating & coordinating skills and great flexibility enable me gain a wonderful relationship with customer. -Be responsible for new projects development, from receiving the new RFQ, to cooperate with customer and internal engineering team to prepare the drawing, quote, sample building until getting the approval of samples.-Dealing with quarterly price review and ODM or CM escallations of shortage. Good at expediting materials to fulfill customer demand upside, looking for spot buy materials to meet customer tight schedule of proto types. Manage raw materials and finished goods in hub as per customer forecast to ensure on time delivery and control hub stock amount.-Familiar with the process of telecommunication bulk cable, Cable Assembly, Wire harness, FFC, power cord and high speed products and know well of other sources within this industry.
