2016.4 – 2017.10 Group Overseas Tax Manager (Mainly responsible for overseas entities’ tax control) Report to: CFO1. Redesign the Group Transfer Pricing Policy;2. Base on double tax treaties between invested countries, rearrange group related party transaction and give advice and action plan to optimize the group holding structure;3. Manage and control the overseas’ entities’ tax filing and statutory filing;4. Lead overseas tax programs (restructuring, R&D credit, share transfer. Etc.)5. Lead and manage the tax resident certificate’s application and relevant transaction’s adjustment6. Group restructuring (application and fling for overseas part) , assist in documents’ preparation for domestic application7. Follow up with the latest BEPS rule, assess the group’s current status and make action plans to optimize the situation8. In order to control the tax risk, work with sales team, purchase team and HR to conduct their workflow’s reconstruction and optimization9. Germany VAT audit defence (local tax bureau) and US TP & Corporate tax audit defence (IRS)2015.7 – 2016.4 Group Professional Tax Manager (China entities’ control)Report to: Tax Senior Manager1.Monthly analyze tax rate’s fluctuation when comparing with the budget;2.Monthly tax training for subsidiaries' finance managers;3.Assist the China subsidiaries in identifying the tax risks, improve the tax document management;4.Assist other department in daily workflow optimization and documents management from tax aspect;5. Review the tax calculation sheet provided by the local tax agent (important entity), daily ad hoc;6. Lead the business tax refund related to Bank financial products (around RMB 3M tax refund), including the prior discussion with the technical department of local tax authority, confirming the tax treatment, control and monitor subsidiary’s application documents’ preparation and relevant supporting documents’ preparation, solving the problems during the application process.

Corporate Tax Services: 1. Assist the audit team in reviewing the audited company’s tax working sheet and identifying the tax risks;2. Assist the project manager to provide the business advice (set up a company, company de-registration, investment environment research. Etc.);3. Assist the project manager to provide tax advice (advice on holding structure’s restructuring, individual company’s tax planning. Etc.);4. Assist the client to finish the tax filing (annual tax filing, including the tax report issuing);5. Other corporate advices (advice on Fapiao's details, SAFE regulation confirmation and reaction. Etc.)
