As the center manager in Chengdu branch,my job is mainly to sell the mandarin courses to foreigners and reach the sales target,except that,i need to keep the school going smoothly,help another consultant finish required sales goal,maintain the relationship including B2B company clients and individual customers,the details are as follows:1 Personal/team sale:provide consultant service by using the resources from the department in shanghai and local ones in chengdu to reach the target,the highest personal completion rate is up to 350%(like target is 4w RMB,finally completed 13.4w RMB),about the team completion rate,the highest one is up to 175%)2 Team management:i need to build the team including a director in education department,one course consultant and twenty part-time Chinese teachers.3 Marketing development:attend business annual party like EU and US chamber to get in touch with some foreigner resources and cooperate with them4 School plan:according to the work completion rate,need to discuss with area manager to develop chengdu branch like sales goal and suitable staffs.
