New Business Cost Analysis: creat accurate cost analysis for new products for launching stage, evaluate the new tooling cost/ new equipment cost/ BOM cost/ labor cost/ managerment cost in detail and lead the cross function team to provide more competitive costs to ensure the new business profit and to win the new business. 2. Cost performance tracking: continue track the cost status after new product move to mass production, seeking cost saving opportunity and propose to customer.3. Material preparation: manage the new material procurement for new business, help buyer for global sourcing of EE components, ordering, and get parts ready in time. Manage the new tooling sample requriement and target timing4. New equipment monitoring: kickoff the new equipment and keep monitoring the equipment stauts to get it ready for new product process trail run5. New Product Trail Run arrangment: after get new material & new equipment ready, arrange new product process trail run to meet customer sample delivery requirement and test sample delivery requirement. 6. New product issue solving: Coordinate and Lead the cross function team to solve all issues during new product launching for General Motor business, including design issue, material procurement issue, equipment issue and process issue. Successfully launched the GM Fuel Pump Power Module Generation 3.5 in 2015 and Generation 4 in 2016 which annual sales up to USD$24M/yr.7. PPAP: prepare and submit all the PPAP files that customer required and get customer approval.8. New product shipping arrangement and payment tracking: receive customer PO for new product and arrange the shipment, track the payment for each shipment and co-work with customer to get the payment intime.9. Capacity Management: continue evaluating and monitoring the tooling capacity and equipment capacity of all resposibled products

1. Customer quality status monitoring：weekly gether customer line and field quality status，take action if any abnormality found or any quality issue happen in order to meet customer quality goal.2. Overall handling of customer quality issue: obtain failure samples and arrange the root case analysis，coordinate the function team to dig out solution, trace the effectiveness of each solution item. 3. Rework arrangement: in case of critical quality issue, arrange FAE and relative resource to rework.
