Technical transfer and process support

Responsible for the matters related to polymer unit1. Production scheduling arrangement, product structure and capacity adjustment, product quality control, process optimization and troubleshooting, raw materials localization, cost control, etc.2. In Syngenta Nantong technology center, responsible for process supporting on production optimization, quality control, raw materials localization.
