1. Establish internal and external targets, define objectives and deliverables by working with Management,Customers, and Program team. Accountable for project schedule and responsible for the smooth running of project. Achieve internal and external financial targets by Cost estimating and all associated functional areas of the company to support new business targets for profitable growth;2. Manage relevant project documentation and processes including SOW, RFQ, Project Schedule, Open Issue list / Bug scrub tracker, Project Reports, and Quoting profitable business aligned with cost committee.3. Co-work with Cross-Functional Team to develop work breakdown structures, identify dependencies and assumptions, analyze critical path / risk / constraints, build mitigation and detailed project plan and monitorthe plan in executive stage;4. Align cross-functional activities among different departments. Integrate resources from different functions to achieve project goals;5. Lead CFT to solve issues during product development stage before new products go to mass production.6. Drive engineering team to capture issues during proto stage, solve DFM & DFT issues; lead CFT for ramp up plan to meet forecasted demand. Ensure all issues & risks be fixed before new products go to massproduction;7. Host conference call with Customer for Project regular review and call bug scrub review to track engineering issues get closed per proto target.8. Tracking and reporting for budgetary cost and actual spending;9. Product Sustaining Maintenance, including product unit price quarterly update, continuing 2nd source development for cost reduction and material shortage mitigation;10. Product EOL management, E&O disposition

1. Participate in project evaluation and set up the project including define, plan and manage project activities and milestone and establish team members to support new project;2. Manage proto build plan to deliver samples for engineering validation;3. Lead CFT to solve issues during proto build to meet customer’s requirement, including DFM & DFT issues, capacity ramp up plan and material shortage mitigation plan.4. Sustaining MaintenanceECO / TCO / Purge implementation and cost.Quarterly cost update for Sustaining products;PPV request and closure due to SCM request;ICC & Buy down / up for aging stockE&O disposition
