Responsible for supplier management, procurement management and new project development of electronic and electrical materials in China for Thyssen overseas factories (locate in Germany, tUnited States, Brazil, France, Spain and Italy), and work together with each factory to find good saving opportunities in China market, the following is the major jobs:1） Looking for cost saving solutions in China for overseas manufacturing centers.2) Developing China resources for overseas manufacturing centers.3) Supplier audit, price negotiation, agreement formulation, following up the delivery of prototype sample and the relevant PPAP documents for new project. 4) As sourcing member of global E&E projects which are led by China manufacturing center, working together with local R&D and market colleagues to reduce new products’ cost.5) Supplier management to ensure each supplier provides competitive price, good quality and flexible service. 6) Responsible for the annual negotiation of E & E products purchased by overseas manufacturing centers in China, and strive to achieve the saving target set by overseas manufacturing centers. 7) Establishing and updating cost analysis model for E&E products.8) Assisting overseas SQE to resolve the quality issue.9) Realizing transportation cost saving by consolidation of goods transportation of different suppliers

Responsible for the sourcing activity of Metallic parts for new project, including stamping, die casting, machine, fasteners and spring. Job descriptions are following:1) Defining bidder list together with category manager.2) Holding technical review meeting with bidder.3) RFQ and price analysis with project manager.4) Preparation and presentation of sourcing decision in the meeting hold by category manager.5) Contracting with supplier for tooling and samples.6) Assisting engineer and supplier to resolve the technical problem till the approval of tooling.7) Assisting SQE to resolve the quality issue during mass production.8) Supplier localization, ensure 95% components are localized. 9) Supplier base management, ensure every supplier keep competitive.10) Canceling supplier which has bad score, develop potential supplier.11) Annual negotiation, take all approach to reach saving target of 5%.

Sourcing activity for electronic components , such as PCB, resistor, capacitor, inductor, diode, fuse, IC, connector etc. The end customer is Huawei, main job is as the following:1) Checking Material Bom list firstly after getting it from customer, ensure relevant item No, MPN, manufacturer and Gerb file are completed.2) RFQ and analysis the Material Bom Cost, submit it to project manager for approval.3) Pay close attention to electronic market information, communicate useful or important information throughout the purchasing department.4) Keep customers notified the EOL of components timely and leave them enough time to find replacement.5) Contract all material for new board pilot and follow delivery.6) Price adjustment quarterly.7) Assist QA department to deal with the quality problem.8) Grade supplier’s quality, service, competitive capability
