Transferred to plant team at line productionResponsibility: Be responsible for planning and resource management of vehicle project.Planning: 1. Initiate main schedule based on project scope. Converge it with all level 2 plans with related departments such as styling/marketing/technical/ industrialization/ validation/ after sale and so on. Get the plan approved with all.2. Draw out all major activities and deliveries before each phase with all departments and publish. Release main schedule in all the milestones or after major modification.3. Monitor and push departments to follow the main schedule. Trace the progress for main parts and main deliveriesResource:1. Initiate the project development budget, including human resource, testing cost, prototype cost, outsourcing development cost, etc. Converge between departments’ requirements and finance constraint. Get it approved and well managed through project period.2. Maintain and publish the budget KPI monthly. Be responsible for final approving all cost applications. Balance and optimize the resource and cost within project scope. Apply for additional budget is work scope increased.Vehicle validation:Create and manage the vehicle validation plan/budget together with validation team. Be responsible mainly of the budget and schedule.Crisis handing:Call up project level communication to solve emergence and multi-linked issues if need.Project organization maintainingCreate and maintain standard week for each phase, etc.

EE project engineer (2010. 08 till 2012.11)Responsibility: Take responsibility of EE body confortable functions for local projects like key-less system, remote key, seat control module, AC controller, COM2008, etc.. Create and maintain the equipment list for new vehicle, develop new EE parts, localize EE parts, benchmark competitors in Chinese market.Achievement: Create and maintain EE equipment list for 3008 and C4L projects. Localized COM2008, developed ionizer for C4L, benchmarked keyless system, intelligent air condition system, window lifter of China market etc..

Responsibility: Build the EE projects team; review EE projects weekly; acquire for new projects; support for subordinate when emergency or with critical issues. Parts include body controller, remote key, sunroof controller, AC controller, intelligent battery sensor, etc.. Achievement: Built up the EE project team from 0 to 5 peoples. Wined business with OEMs like VW, DPCA, GM, Geely, JAC, etc.; Started business like PCB design and production for other tier 1 suppliers like Webasto, ZF etc..

Responsibility: Field support engineer at Geely R&D Institute to support mainly for acquisition business of Geely’s EE platform and selling body controller, remote key, lighting and other parts to Geely.Achievement: Cooperated with Geely team to benchmark hardware of EE architecture includes wire-harness topology, CAN-LIN bus topology, power distribution, function distribution. Win business of lighting and acceleration pedal.

Responsibility: Be responsible for building up the EE product development flow, create the EE lab at Shanghai office, enhancing the cooperation between team members, leading the new products development like anti-pinch window lifter, HVAC controller, cooling FAN controller, etc.. Achievement: Built up the EE lab; Developed Liner and PWM FAN controller for Riyong-Jea, anti-pinch window motor with controller

Responsibility: Hardware designer and LabVIEW programmer. Be responsible for designing of BLDC (Blushless DC motor) drivers and automatic motor testing system.Achievement: Designed several BLDC drivers for some special BLDC motors. Built an visual automatic micro motor measurement system.
