Collect guest comments and market intelligence, raise suggestion on rate structure and sales strategy to help market development.2. Collect guest comments from sales team, to make timely analysis and report to Director of Sale & Marketing in order to ensure sale skill and service level of the Hotel.3. To assign fair tasks to sales team members, coach them in work,, supervise them in disciplines and evaluate them in performance.4. Arrange daily and weekly sales activities, implement sales through guest visit, telephone calls and entertainment etc. and report to Director of Sales & Marketing.5. Plan, organize and execute business visit and submit monthly sales report and work summary.6. Establish guest database, analysis on them and offer relevant discount according to respective client’s performance.7. Arrange manpower properly special events or public holidays.8. Dealing with commercial letters, keep record of all detail contact with customers and file.9. Help with international and domestic tourism expos10. Coordinate with relationship among all sales members and delegate jobs properly.11. Co-ordinate internal personnel affairs and in charge of staff’s training activities, evaluate regularly staff’s performance and strictly execute reward and punishment system12. Complete whatever tasks assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing.13. Execute Hotel’s sales strategies and rate policies.14. Take over the responsibility of Director of Sales & Marketing when he or she is absent.
