The company is mainly engaged in large-scale stainless steel products (exhaust frame & diffuser) manufacture. The company’s main customer is for GE energy company which is the world top 500 enterprise. I am working in this company as a manager of R&D engineer dept., the main job responsibilities as following,1.Be observant of the company’s management rules, seriously implement the job responsibility, exercise the management authority that given by company.2.Perform the quotation and feasibility study of new project.3.Compile the manufacturing process plan (MPP&PQP), and the WPS&WPQR in the process of welding&fabrication.4.Better to control the quality of incoming row materials and product in the manufacturing.5.Be familiar with the analysis of NCN product with RCCA or 8D report.6.Good to supervise and control the packing process for shipping product.7.An effective solution to emergencies and the complaints feedback from customers.So can work under high pressure.

Be main resposible for designing the induction motor and the related motion products,such as air conditioning,blowers,door openers and pump and so on.Often go to the sampling room to mount and test all kinds of motors by myself.And always provide after of products services.So have a good knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical engineering and the product safety regulation. And be skilled with handling product development project.So have a good practical project management experience.Be good communication with customers and verdors.Work under pressure and try my best to do everything well.Get very well with other colleages.So I am welcomed and respected by my leaders and colleages.
