负责为老服务综合体的日常运营与管理1.负责机构承接的政府类社区养老微机构项目(如日间照料中心，长者照护之家，为老服务综合体等)功能布局规划，设计对接，运营方案报告撰写，项目统筹汇报，运营前期筹备和试运行等工作，可同时跟进20个项目进行交叉管理，具备良好的沟通能力和多任务处理能力。2.跟进项目包括华泾镇邻里汇(华济路服务点)长者照护之家和日间照料中心项目；淮海中路长者照护之家和护理站第二年度运营企划项目；虹口区提篮桥街道日间照料中心和护理站申报项目；松江区石湖荡镇恬润新苑综合体项目企划方案，设计规划，功能布局等；以及长三角养老院和敬老院项目现场考察，前期调研，可行性研究报告，功能布局，运营方案与运营测算，项目跟进与协调等工作。3.同时参与日间照料中心，长者照护之家，为老服务综合体的运营管理，场景布置，活动策划与举办，老人生活照料和心理陪护。目前任为老服务综合体运营管理负责人，负责机构文娱活动策划和长者照护之家、日间照料中心日常运营管理。

1、2015年8月-12月，参与养老地产项目考察，完成可行性调研报告；在澳洲运营团队带领下，参与宝山区养老运营项目的前期筹备工作，项目中途中断，没有最终落地，从中积累养老运营的前期筹备思路、内容、服务清单等相关经验。2、2015年底，由于出色的工作表现，担任教育部门经理至今，主要负责下属公司“上海山微教育科技有限公司”的教育部门教研及管理业务工作，直接对CEO汇报工作。3、2016年至今，带领部门团队完成以下工作： a.与澳洲教育培训机构合作对接，引进澳大利亚全套长者照护三级课程教材资料，并完成教材资料的汉化和本土化工作； b.全程负责公司内部培训项目（《澳洲养老护理课程》和《澳洲培训与评估课程》），安排澳洲高级培训师赴中国培训我司员工的所有教学教务工作，最终25名学员全部获得澳洲官方认证证书； c.带领5人团队自主研发养老护理培训课程，制作课程PPT，进行内部试讲、外出授课等工作。目前已完成16门课程研发、线上微课拍摄、线下授课、大纲讲义制作等教学教研工作。自主研发课程可在公司微课平台官网收看http://www.shinevilledu.com/（目前还未全部上线）。 d.负责部门培训师绩效考核体系、职业发展与晋升体系、部门管理制度（包括部门职能、培训师与教务工作职责、部门规章条例等内容）、部门档案资料与图书资料管理制度与流程等文件的起草、修订等工作，经CEO审阅通过后公示、发布并执行。因工作成绩突出，年终考核被公司评为“2016年年度优秀管理者”。4、综合负责培训师招聘面试，市场调研，项目推进会议等工作，事无巨细，严谨周全，身兼多职，做好部门协调与沟通工作。5、参与行业论坛、沙龙等活动，拓展资源，有50%与公司达成战略合作。

1. From Aug.2015 to Dec.2105, participated in one of the aged-care real estate projects of company in Baoshan, cooperated with Australian operation team to do the preparation job. Though that project was not built eventually, but I have still got the experience for aged care institution operation. 2. In the end of 2015, I became the Education department manager because of my excellent performance in work. I am in charge of teaching research and management of the Education Department. 3. Below are all the jobs I’ve done from 2016 to now, a. Cooperated with Australian education training institution, brought in the third-level Australian Aged Care course materials and finish the localization job of the courses. b. In charge of the company’s internal training project-“Australian Aged Care Course” and “Australian Training and Assessment Course”, 25 people of the company, include me, have got the Australian official certificate after the training. c. Led a 5 member team to develop the aged care training online courses and finished 16 courses which can be watched in the company online course website http://www.shinevilledu.com/. d. Developed the achievement evaluation system, Career development and promotion system, management system and document material management system of the department and got the Annual Excellent Manager of 2016 in the company. 4. In charge of the recruitment of the aged care trainer, market research, project promoting and department management, good at communication with other department. 5. Attended aged care conferences and salon to expand platform resources, over 50% of those institutions have achieved a strategic cooperation.
